Hi, so ive been testing the prompts and testing the different OpenAi models.
However, sometimes i am still getting reviews which are not product related. For example my reviews should be about a particular laptop (based on product title) – but review is writing about washing dishes or earbuds.
In > Prompt For The AI Comment/Review Generator – i have written:
See product title to make the review about that and make it unique based on the specification as well.
But i am still having this issue – here is my full prompt:
Write a single product review in English language.
Each review should be unique and have a unique starting sentence.
one paragraph and only one review.On a scale of 1 to 5, the review will give the following star rating: %%product_star_rating%%
Do not mention any stars in the review body itself.
See product title to make the review about that and make it unique based on the specification as well.
Make 90% of reviews 5 stars – the rest 4 stars.
reviews should be between 160 and 600 characters max and from the perspective of the person writing the review. -
Hello,
To debug this issue, please go to the plugin’s ‘Settings’ menu -> ‘General Settings’ tab -> enable ‘Enable Detailed Logging for Rules’ switch and save settings.
Afterwards, run the comment creation a couple of times, until you see an incorrect review created. Afterwards, please go to the ‘Activity and Logging’ menu -> ‘Activity Logs’ tab, where you will be able to see details about the prompts which the plugin used to create the reviews. Please check these prompts if they are correct and if they need tweaking.
