      and makes me input license code again and again, going on a month of this – it’s a huge hassle.

      Hello,

      First of all, thank you for your purchase.

      This sounds like the database of your site is getting reset every a couple of days. As the plugin license code should not disappear on its own after it was registered.

      Can you send me, please, temporary admin login credentials to your WordPress install, so I can check this issue out? Send it, please, to my email address: kisded@yahoo.com

      Please send me also your purchase code in email, so I can check on this issue.
