Greetings.
I have installed the plugin in my local wordpress. I have entered my openAI key. I have entered my purchase code. When I try to test the “playground” the “text editing” tab works fine with the gpt-3.5-turbo model, but when I try to test the Aiomatic Chat, it always gives me this message: “Failed to generate content, try again later.” And the chat does not send me an answer to my questions. What happen? What is the problem? Thank you. -

Hello,
First of all, thank you for your purchase.
Please check the ‘Activity and Logging’ menu of the plugin, there you should see the reason of this issue.
Let me know if this helped.
Regards, Szabi – CodeRevolution.

Hello again. I have checked the “Activity and Logging” part, In “Activity logs” there is no information. In the “Maintenance info” part, there is no information either. Finally, in the “System info” tab, I had some suggestions such as increasing the memory limit of WordPress. Review all of that and put it down well. I tried Aiomatic Chat again and it keeps sending me the same message: “Failed to generate content, try again later.” Thank you.

I have no problems with my OpenAI API key, because I have other applicattions where it’s used and there is no problems at all.

Greetings. I tried to install the plugin on a site on the internet. I checked the system info and put the same resources in my local install. After this the plugin still did not work in local installation. The most important differences between hosting on the internet and my local installation is: the operating system. The internet provider uses Linux and I use Windows. I don’t think this is a problem. The other difference is that the ISP has several additional server libraries installed and I don’t have those on my local installation. Would you be so kind as to show me in detail the server requirements for the plugin to work in local installation please. WordPress versions are the same both in the cloud and on premises. Thank you.

I see now. I use the plugin also on my localhost, I use XAMPP with the default WordPress installation and everything works well. Please check this link for details: https://themeisle.com/blog/install-xampp-and-wordpress-locally/
I hope this helps.
Regards.
