Hi,
While trying to post to youtube from the admin edit post page, I see the Done message but nothing is being posted.
Can someone help us with this?
Our site is mhsarchive.tempus-apps.com but I can create a testing site for and replicate the issue. I can give you access to the testing site if you need.
Regards,
Fabian

Hello again, I checked your blog and it seems that you need to enable allow_url_include in your server’s php.ini configuration file.
For more info on how to do this, please check this article: https://www.a2hosting.com/kb/developer-corner/php/using-php.ini-directives/php-allow-url-fopen-directive
If you don’t manage to make this change, please contact your hosting provider’s support and ask them to enable allow_url_include for you.
Please let me know if this helped.

Hello,
This is required because the plugin copies the video file that it uploads locally on your server. It deletes it after the upload is finished.
Regards.

Hello,The ‘Invalid Credentials’ error seems to be caused by some restricted access rights for files from your hosting. This is interesting because I seem to be able to access the files, however, the plugin was not able to do so.I checked and it seems that this is a Google issue: https://github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-java/issues/720I will contact them and check if this can be fixed.Regarding custom work, right now, I have to finish my current project and also already have 2 other plugin requests to make. Also, I have to go on a summer vacation. 🙂
So, I can help with minor custom requests, but if you wish to get major updates for the plugin, I can help only in autumn.Regards,Szabi – CodeRevolution. -

Hello,
I haven’t found a solution yet, this seems to be caused by an issue in the Google API. It is interesting that it is happening only on your host.
Can you try the plugin on another hosting?
Regards.

Thanks for your note.
I have another question.
I tried to use the plugin on the mhsarchive.tempus-apps.com, made sure the php setting for the allow_url, and everything was set as in the testing sites I sent you but, it didnt work. Same issue, appears done and nothing happens.
What did you do on your end to fix it? Should I re-install a different version of the Plugin?
Regards,
Fabian

Please install this plugin and check in it if php settings are correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-php-settings/
This is recommended because some hosts enforce PHP settings, even if you set custom values in your config file. If you find that your settings values are locked, you need to contact your hosting provider’s support and ask them to change settings for you.
Regards.

Already did.
PHP settings are ok.
Still not working.
Could it be something to do that the Site is now on WordPress 5.1.1? Also running under PHP 7.0

Hi ,
Never mind I found that the issue on the new site it was related to the miss configuration of the API Keys and OAuth.
The only issue remaining is that Google Issue. That I guess the only solution is to upload those files manually.
It only happens with some files 🙁

I understand, great that it works. I will continue to buzz Google support with this issue, so they will continue to be aware of this issue.

I will open a different ticket for an new issue that is no Activity Logs. Suddenly is not tracking anything. The plugin is even posting the videos to Youtube but nothing is being tracked.
About this current ticket I think we can close it.

Please be sure to check the ‘Enable Logging for Rules’ and ‘Enable Detailed Logging for Rules’ checkboxes checked in the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’. This will enable logging.
Regards.
