      It seems that you downloaded the full package of the plugin from CodeCanyon, which includes also the documentation files.

      To install the plugin, you need to extract the package, to find inside of it the installable zip file of the plugin. Please check details in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=goln5ghaUWk
