Hi, I have activated the persistent chat function however there are no logs showing under the “User Conversation Manager”.
I am using the function “Only save chat logs” – “Ebale persistent chat also fo non logged users” ” Chat Logs Expiration Time For Not Logged In Users (Seconds): – 60 seconds”. On the chatbot page I am using the relevant shorcode [aiomatic-chat-form persistent=”on”].
As Open AI model I am using 4o – 2024 11 20 (Vision).
