I have successfully installed the Newsomatic Plugin. In the Top News to Posts tab, when I select any category from the article source and then save the settings. It is getting revert to this https://prnt.sc/yb3js8 I think your plugin isn’t working.

Hello,
Currently the plugin supports spinning imported content only in the English language (using its free spinner services), because of this, if you wish to use the spinners, please import content in English (which can be automatically translated to Spanish after it was spun).
I configured importing rules on your site to reflect this change, please check.
