Mediumomatic to wordpress only providing a brief bit of text then a link to post

      Hi,

      When I get a post from Medium it just generates the first few lines then has a link to the original medium post.

      Which settings do I need to set to get the full content?

      My post content is set to “%%item_content%%”

      First of all, thank you for your purchase.

      Thank you for letting me know of this, it seems that Medium changed their site and now they are protecting full article contents with some security measures. I updated the plugin to work around these protections. Please update the plugin to v2.0.6.

      Afterwards, please install Puppeteer on your site, like shown in this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KNOIJA4pTQo – if this is not possible for you, you can also use HeadlessBrowserAPI as an alternative, tutorial video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZKdliG5Z-r0&list=PLEiGTaa0iBIjDrfexapWc3M28iHwJI5tT

      Afterwards, please go to importing rule settings in the plugin and check the ‘Try To Get Full Article Content’ checkbox and select in the ‘Content Scraping Method To Use’ settings field the scraping method you want to use (Puppeteer or HeadlessBrowserAPI). Screenshot: https://ibb.co/BqJwz75
