      Hello,

First of all, thank you for your purchase.

It seems that Facebook blacklisted the IP address of your server and it will not allow logins from it for a period of time.

To get around this, please use a proxy. You can add it to the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ -> ‘Web Proxy Address’ settings field. Using this, Facebook will see the IP address of your proxy and not of your server and connections will be able to be made.

Please check this video for details: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v3da92oG8FI

      Hello Szabi,

thank you for your fast reply.

Unfortunately the problem exists despite of implementing a proxy. I have set up a proxy by myself to exclude third-party problems with a free proxy. So I am able to look into my logfiles and I can see, the proxy is working well. But the error messages in the log are still the same. Any more ideas?

      Thank you in advance.

      Regards Frank

      Hello,

This sounds unusual, I need to check on the plugin on your site.

Please send me temporary admin login credentials to your site, so I can check on this issue. My email is kisded@yahoo.com

      Regards,
      Szabi – CodeRevolution.
