      Hi,

I’ve noticed sometimes Echo RSS gets all the images in some posts but fails to get all the images in others. Is there a way to ensure it gets all the images in every post?

      Hello,

First of all, thank you for your purchase.

I suspect that this image related issue is coming from the source sites using image lazy loading to display their images, which is not correctly processed on your site’s part. Please check this tutorial video for info on how to solve image lazy loading issues when using the plugin: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BMzJWZdodlo (this tutorial video is for Crawlomatic, but applicable also for the Echo RSS plugin) + how to find lazy loading tags: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AzadF_dAAco

If the above is not helping, can you send me, please, some example post URLs where the images are not imported correctly, so I can check on this?

      Regards, Szabi – CodeRevolution.

      Hi,

Really appreciate this and I’ve tried this on both Newsomatic and Echo RSS with no success. I’m currently trying to get images from BBC News and while it gets the featured image, no other images from the article works.

Could you try and see if you were able to identify the lazy loading tag? I’ve tried srcset, src but no joy.

      Hello,

In case of BBC News, we have a special case of image lazy loading, they use another method for loading images, not the conventional one.

You can still parse images from articles, using the settings from below:

Try to Get Full Article Content:
      Checked

      Full Content Query Type:
      XPath

      HTML Search Query String:
      //*[@id=”main-content”]/div[5]/div/div[1]/article

      Run Regex On Content:
      <\/?noscript>

      Regards.
