Hi all, so I have a way to bulk-create pages which are all [service pages location], which I then need the prompt to work and create content for each page.
Such as:
Electric Gates London
Electric Gates Manchester etcWhen I create 100+ of these pages, I would like to use Aiomatic to run through each one, maybe even with a short break and just use the prompt I give it. But it’s not working? i don’t know what I am doing wrong if someone can help me see what to do to get this working I’d be very grateful! Such an awesome product.
I am also struggling, with when I do test the following prompt:
Page Title: %%post_title%%
Post Title: %%post_title%%Objective: Generate a detailed, SEO-optimized service page for “Electric Gates” tailored to the location mentioned in the title. The content should be strictly in English, well-formatted for web publishing, embody professionalism, reliability, and quality service, and be free from repetitiveness or unnecessary duplication.
Key Instructions:
- Strict Language and Formatting: All content must be in clear English with correct HTML formatting. Ensure no HTML or WordPress code is visible in the final text, and avoid using any placeholders or example content. The content should be complete and ready for a live website.
- Service and Location: Base the content on the service type and location from the post title, such as “Electric Gates Leeds”, focusing exclusively on this service. Implement “%%post_title%%” to maintain specificity.
- Tone and Perspective: Maintain a first-person plural perspective (“we offer”, “our services”) with a tone that is professional and inviting.
Content Structure:
- Features: Elaborate on the customizability, security, ease of use, durability, and automated functionality of the service.
- Benefits: Describe how these features benefit customers, such as increasing property value, enhancing privacy, and ensuring peace of mind.
- Sustainability: Discuss any eco-friendly practices associated with the service.
- Customer Assurance: Emphasize our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality with supportive evidence but without fictitious testimonials.
SEO Best Practices:
- Keyword Integration: Integrate relevant keywords naturally, focusing on those that combine the service and location.
- Meta Data: Ensure meta descriptions and titles are precisely crafted based on the post title.
Content Length and Compliance:
- Word Count: Aim for a minimum of 1000 words, ensuring the content is direct and to the point.
- Valuable Sections: Include factual case studies and practical tips without creating sections that might require updates or personalization like customer testimonials unless real customer feedback is provided.
Output Requirements:
- Publication Readiness: The content must be free from errors, mixed languages, formatting errors, or placeholders and should not include any contact details or calls to action such as phone numbers, email addresses, or physical addresses.
Additional Notes:
-
IMPORTANT Exclusions: Explicitly exclude any form of contact information, calls to action, or placeholders. This includes phrases like “Contact us today,” “call for a free quote,” or any other direct solicitation. The content must not imply the reader should perform any action other than reading the information presented.
It doesn’t seem to listen to what I’m requesting, for example, even though I have requested strictly for no shortcodes, placeholders or anything like, I’m getting an output at the bottom of my content of:
<section>
<h2><span id=”contact-us-today”>Contact Us Today!</span></h2>

Hello,
First of all, thank you for your purchase.
The prompt needs a bit more tweaking, as the phone, email and address text you mentioned are not shortcodes, but dummy data.
Please add to the prompt the following text also:
Don’t add any dummy data which I would need to replace, the content you generate will be automatically published on my site, be sure it is always ready for automatic publishing and does not contain dummy data which would need manual editing.Let me know if this helped.

Thank you!
What is the easiest way… once I get the prompt working – to do the website in bulk?
It may be worth an audio call + screenshare on Google meet just to clarify a few things, for example I’m aware I might need to tweak PHP settings to avoid timeout on mass website changes, and then also the best/correct way to mass-change pages.
I have a way to mass-create pages but I don’t know how to put Aiomatic to work properly, at the moment I’m navigating to Pages > Bulk Edit > Run AI Content Editor
It only seems to do 5 pages and times out, I need a way to make this work. Please 🙂

Hello,
You need to increase max_execution_time settings on your server.
Please increase it to 10000. Tutorial on how to do this: https://thimpress.com/knowledge-base/how-to-increase-maximum-execution-time-for-wordpress-site/If you don’t manage to do this, please contact hosting support and ask about it, as they might also have a hardcoded limit of max execution time from their part. Please check on this also with them.Let me know if this helped.Regards, Szabi – CodeRevolution.

It’s maxing out at approx 7 pages per time, any way to increase this outside of what we’ve already done? Also how do I use the auto content, for when a page is newly published. I can just do it that way by publishing pages one by one and it will just hopefully chip through them all.

Well, I suggest you contact your hosting provider’s support and ask them about this issue, as this seems like a server side connectivity issue.
Regards.
