      Dear Szabi,

I encounter an issue when attempting to generate images in ai form.

After entering my prompt and selecting all the necessary values, the image creation process initiates. However, it spins for a significant period and ultimately displays the word “undefined” beneath the generate button.

This problem occurs whether I utilize OpenAI or Stable Diffusion. I have already verified that all settings and APIs are valid.

      Please help. Thanks

      Hello,

I updated the plugin on your site and fixed this issue (which was caused by an incompatibility with your current site setup).

Please clear cache in your browser and give the plugin a try, let me know if it worked now.

      Regards.

      Thanks, Szab.

      It works now.

However, when I try to generate text, it seems very slow to obtain the AI result. I tested it on your demo environment, and it was quite fast.

Please help me check. Thanks a lot!

I am glad to hear that it worked.

Regarding speed for the text generator, I suggest you switch to the new ‘gpt-3.5-turbo-instruct’ model, as it has much faster processing speeds than other current models.

Also, for a general increase in model speeds, you can switch to Azure OpenAI API, please check this tutorial video for details on this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=56ZHp2B4qgY

      Regards.

      Thanks, Szab.

However, when I tested the same text generation in your testing environment using the OpenAI API, the speed was much faster. Are there any other settings we can adjust on the website to achieve this speed?

I also checked the system info on your testing machine, and it appears that the hosting plan I used from SiteGround has more resources than your testing machine. So, it should not be related to server resources, right?

yes, this can be also hosting related, please contact the support of your current hosting provider and ask them details about the internet connection speed of your server (and if it is shared with other people, if you have a shared hosting – in this case, the connection speed can be impacted and the API calling speed can be reduced).

Please contact hosting support and ask them about connection speed and if this can be improved.

      Regards.

Yes, this site is built on shared hosting.

I have obtained another hosting plan from a different company, which is a cloud hosting service. I would like to conduct a test there to determine if the speed is faster. If it is indeed faster, I will consider migrating to the cloud hosting platform.

Can I test this plugin on another site that is on the cloud hosting plan? After the testing, I will remove the plugin. Then, I will move this site to the cloud hosting platform.

Sure, this is possible, you can move the plugin freely between domains.

      Dear Szabi,

As discussed, I tried using the plugin on my other site, which is hosted on the cloud. Generating images poses no problem; however, when I attempt to generate text, an error message appears stating, “Fail to generate content.”

I have made multiple attempts, but the same error message persists.

The API settings are properly configured and set.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.
