feed times

      I had asked about feeds and i forgot to ask about feed set times. I know the shortest time is 1 hour. is there anyway to set rules with minutes? WHY? if i have them set for 1 hour all will update at same time. I would like to have them set at different times. Example, set at 1 hour 10 minutes and the next set at 1 hour 20 minutes and the next at 1 hour 30 minutes and so on. I was asking so it will not fetch all feeds at the same times. I want them to update quicker than 1 at 1 hour and next at 2 hour and so on. This is just something i would like to set for my updates. i hope this is possible?
