Dear Echo RSS Plugin Support Team,

Hello, I recently purchased the Echo RSS Feed Post Generator Plugin for WordPress, and I’m currently encountering an issue that I urgently need assistance with.

After the most recent update, the plugin no longer sets the featured image (post thumbnail) from the article’s image content. This functionality is crucial for my website’s visual presentation and editorial workflow.

I’ve already verified that the “Try to Get Featured Image from Content” option is enabled, but the featured image still doesn’t appear in newly generated posts from the RSS feeds. This issue affects all my partner media feeds (over 10 sources), so I suspect it might be related to the recent update of the plugin.

Could you please look into this and advise how to resolve it as soon as possible?

      Thank you for your support.

      Best regards,
      JasonWang

      Hello,

First of all, thank you for your purchase.

Please update the plugin to v5.4.8.2, this issue should be fixed now. Let me know if this helped.

      Regards,
      Szabi – CodeRevolution.

Re: Featured Image Issue – Resolved, but Activity & Logging Not Working

Dear Echo RSS Plugin Support Team,

Thank you for your support. After applying the recent update, the featured image issue has been resolved successfully.

However, I noticed that the “Activity & Logging” section in the plugin is currently not accessible — when I click on it, nothing happens or the page fails to load. Could you please check if this is a known issue or provide guidance on how to fix it?

      Thanks again for your assistance!

      Best regards,

      Hello,

This means that the log file is too large for it to be displayed on your page. To fix this, you need to manually delete it. For this, you need to install this file manager plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-file-manager/

And delete this file using it: /wp-content/echo_info.log

      Regards,
      Szabi – CodeRevolution.
