      Keep receiving this error:

      Error: Failed to generate AI content: Error: You exceeded your OpenAI quota limit, please wait a period for the quota to refill (initial call)

      This has been happening for 48 hours prior to this the plugin worked perfectly. I have sent login credentials.

      I had upgraded to chatgtp pro 2 days ago.

      Hello,

      First of all, thank you for your purchase.

      OpenAI has some limitations on how often you can call their API, please check details here: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/rate-limits/overview

      To fix this, if you have a free OpenAI account, I recommend you add your credit card in the OpenAI account, thus you will get increased usage and quota limits.

      If you already done this, you will have to add a delay to the plugin settings, so it does not call the OpenAI API so often. To do so, please add in the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ menu -> ‘General Settings’ tab -> ‘Delay Between Multiple API Requests’ settings field -> the value: 500

      This will wait after each OpenAI API call 500 ms (half a second).

      Also, please note that the OpenAI API functions regardless if you have or not a ChatGPT Pro subscription, as the API functions on a different platform.

      Hello,

      Yes, kisded@yahoo.com is the correct email, however, I did not get an email from your site (checked also spam folder). This is normal, as WordPress can miss sending emails in some cases.

      Please send the login info manually to my email kisded@yahoo.com
