Empty response from Amazon Reviews

      Hi,

      the plugin works well for less than 10 posts, then I get this message :

      [26-Nov-2023 09:50:52 UTC] Amazon no results found.
      [26-Nov-2023 09:50:52 UTC] Empty response from Amazon Reviews: B09XR612NS
      [26-Nov-2023 09:50:52 UTC] Rule ID 35 succesfully run! 0 posts created!

      What sould I do?

      Is my IP blocked by AMAZON?

      Should I use Proxy services and wich one?

      Thanks to help me!

      Hello,

      First of all, thank you for your purchase.

      Yes, in this case, Amazon blocked your server’s IP address. This can happen when they detect that scraping is done on their site.

      You can prevent this by adding a proxy in the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ menu -> ‘General Settings’ tab -> ‘Web Proxy Address List’ settings field.

      You can get a rotating proxy from StormProxies or from any other proxy provider.
