In the text-to-speech tab, the voiced from Elevenlabs are not being updated.

When I click “sync”, I get the message “synched successfully”, but the list is not updated. I know that because I deleted one voice and renamed another, but their old names in the lists are still there.

It’s not only the name. The voice itself does not reflect the voice on Elevenlabs.

You already have access to my site due to a past ticket.

      Hello,

Now, the list is indeed updated.

However, the voice sounds different from mine and pronounces the Italian message as if it were English. That doesn’t happen with the same sentence on the website of ElevenLabs.

It seems like only the voice list is up to date, but not the voice itself.

I checked on this, but it seems to be working on my part. Can you give a specific example on what type of voice have you created, which did not work well for you?

It’s the “Ste” voice, the current one. Audio samples attached. The audio generated on Elevenlabs is correct.

I even changed the website and the page language settings to Italian. That didn’t help.

I think I know the reason for this. I send in the ElevenLabs API request 2 parameters with the voice call:

      ‘voice_settings’ => array(‘stability’ => 0.75, ‘similarity_boost’ => 0.75)
I add in the next update of the plugin the ability to change the values of these API parameters, will be available in the ‘AI Chatbot’ menu -> ‘Chatbot Text-To-Speech/Video’ tab.
      I hope it will help.
      Regards.

I just tried your voice settings on Elevenlabs. That’s not the cause.

1 The voice is completely different. That’s not my voice.

2 Your chatbot pronounces the text as if it were English. When on Elevenlabs, like Italian. This is not related to voice quality parameters.

Ok, I see that they also have a model selection on their site, the plugin right now uses the default voice model.

I add in the next plugin update to select also the AI language models to be used, when generating voices. I see that they have also a couple of models for multilingual voices (eleven_multilingual_v2).

This will be available in next update.

      Regards.
