      Hello,

The folder that EchoRSS creates to import the media content from the RSS is duplicating images inside the folder “Echo”.

This unfortunately is making my website running out of space quite fast. How can I prevent:

      1. EchoRSS to duplicate importing content.

      2. Show images the imported images in Media so I can compress or be able to serve the content in using some cloud storage service.

      Hello,

Please be sure to use the latest plugin version: v 5.3.3.1

Also, if you are using this version, images are probably duplicated because they are found multiple times in posts, or the posts were created multiple times (deleted and recreated).

To add attachments to generated posts (and to be able to process the images with plugins), please go to the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ and uncheck the ‘Do Not Attach Copied Images From Content To Posts’ checkbox -> save settings.

Also, if you wish to use the images from their original location, you can uncheck the ‘Copy Images From Content Locally’ checkbox, from the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ menu.

      Regards,

      Szabi – CodeRevolution.
