I’ve been experimenting all day and it still doesn’t work, that, in addition to other little things I’m quoting in bulk here:
• The Theme Customizer is inaccessible as the super admin (and maybe other things) except when the option is checked in the Network settings > Enable administration menus > Appearance Customize
• The content of the template email does not appreciate apostrophes, nor line breaks (should it be formatted in html?)
• The settings for the administration bar are not taken into account in front
• Disabling dashboard widgets does not seem to work

I would like also to submit some suggestions for improving UX:
• Have a drop-down menu of model site IDs available rather than a field to fill in
• Have a Select / Deselect All options in the menu administration settings
