I have successfully embedded an AI chatbot on a WordPress/Elementor Pro site and got D-iD Text-to-Video Streaming to work on desktop. However, while the chat box is shown on iOS after enabling D-iD Text-to-Video, the avatar seems too resource-intensive on mobile devices. The AI chatbot application halts; the user just sees an endless spinner or occasionally a non-functional play button where the avatar should be. This makes the chatbot application non-functional overall. Turning D-iD Text-to-Video off makes the chatbot functional on mobile iOS devices once again, suggesting the issue is specific to the D-iD feature not being optimized for mobile (at least for my use case: WordPress/Elementor Pro).

      Hello,

First of all, thank you for your purchase.

Interesting, I was not aware of this issue. What kind of connection did you use on your mobile device? Did you use Mobile Data or did you use a Wifi connection? Also, what brand and model was the mobile device? What OS did you use on it? Please provide more details so I can try to reproduce this also on my part.

I tried it on my own mobile and for me D-ID streaming seems to work, so I suspect that this issue is specific to your mobile device.

      Regards,

I tested it with iOS on a new iPad Pro and an iphone 15 Pro Max (Safari browser). Both cases are wireless (I think). In the one case, I asked someone else to access the page to determine if it was my phone and internet. They saw something similar (a spinner that never changed over an ~5-minute period). I’m thinking Elementor might have something to do with it.

      Hello,

Can you send me, please, temporary admin login credentials to your WordPress install, so I can check this issue out? Send it, please, to my email address: kisded@yahoo.com

Also, let me know where on your site can I test this.

      Regards,
      Szabi – CodeRevolution.
