csv google drive link issue

  I try to follow the tutorial:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D1ruPVbOTpw
  
  And I get the csv file url: https://drive.google.com/u/2/uc?export=download&id=1WwWJM5jSBitGwIvDSi1QQZhp-PHaGYfkHUQGErxUiY8
  
  But it didn’t work when I try to run it and when I click the url , it didn’t download anything.
  
  Can you help me to fix this url?
