      Sure, this is possible. Please use following settings in the plugin:

       

      Scraper Start (Seed) URL -> https://procurement-notices.undp.org/

      Do Not Scrape Seed URL: checked

      Seed Page Crawling Query Type: XPath

      Seed Page Crawling Query String: //*[@class=’odd’]

      Content Query Type: XPath

      Content Query String: //*[@class=’standard cellborder’]

      Hello,

      Sorry but I don’t have, nor know of a software that can do this. I have only Crawlomatic which can scrape content and import it as WordPress posts. Sorry for this.
