Hi, I bought this Covid-19 plugin, but the JHU dashboard does seem to load well on my mobile browser after building the site. What can I do? It is not loading at all and very laggy. Is there something I need to adjust?

Hello,
First of all, thank you for your purchase.
Please send me and example link, where I can check the dashboard you added to a page on your site, so I can check it.
Also, please let me know on what mobile device and what browser version you experienced the issues.
Regards,

Hi, I figured out the mobile part, however is there a way to apply filters to the JHU Dashboard so we can choose what countries we want to display? Does JHU provided this function? It would be really handy if they do. Because for instance, if we are building a CSR website for example: Philippines, we would like to highlight that on the tracker and the rest of the world comes secondary on the dashboard.

I am happy to hear that the mobile issue is solved.
I am not aware of the possibility to zoom on a specific country on the dashboard, however, I will look into this. If I find a way, I will let you know of it.
However, I incline to think that they do not support this feature (yet).
Regards.

Yes I am glad i solved that too.
Would be great to hear from you if that function of selecting our preferred country to be on top of the list and then the rest of the world.
BTW, there is only one interactive aspect of this plugin which is the “Self Pandemic Prediction”? Are there anything else that users can play/click around within this plugin besides that?

Right now, this is the only interactive feature. More will come in future updates. 🙂

Does the JHU Dashboard show the “Total Existing” cases like “Total Deaths” & “Total Recovery”? It seems to not show in the main interface but we have to click the country, zoom in and click the colored ball to see the Total Existing cases yet. Please see Jpeg attached here. TQ

Well, it seems that they have some issues on this part. I contact them and tell them about this, so they can fix the embed. I will search for a way to get in touch with them.

Would really appreciate if you can tell them during contact about:-
1) Highlighting a “specific country or countries” on the top and the rest shall follow below it.
2) To have the “Total Existing” cases embedded in the front of the dashboard alongside “Total Deaths & Recovered”.
Namaste~~

Hey Szabi!
Is there going to be a regional option for Canada on the newest dashboard update you’ve implemented?
The data source is John Hopkins, so…Does that mean it’s on their end?
Anyhow…Great work!
Keep it up. Thank-you!
