      Hi Szabi,

Is there any way to validate if the proxies we set in the proxy field are working. I’m a bit concerned about the sites I pull from seeing too many data requests over time and following the ip trail to my site. Is this actually a valid concern?

I have 3 private residential proxies set in the plugin field along with the user/password data. Is there any way to validate that all scraping is being done through those proxies?

      Thanks very much!

      Hello,

I just double checked on the code of the plugin and all requests are correctly made using the proxies you set in the plugin’s settings, so this should not be an issue. Also, if the proxies are not working, requests will fail and scraping will not be done (there will be no fallback to scraping the site using the original IP of your server).

You can also check the ‘Activity and Logging’ menu of the plugin, in case of connection issues from the proxies, you will see there some errors related proxy connection. If no error is found there, proxies are working correctly.

      I hope this info helps.

      Regards, Szabi – CodeRevolution.
