Thank you for an amazing plugin.
I have a problem where I cannot get the global chat bot to work for none logged in users. As we have an e-commerce store, we want visiting customers to be able to use it; however, it always says you have to be logged in to use the bot.
I cannot find any setting for this anywhere.

First of all, thank you for your purchase.
I suspect that you set a limit for daily usage of the chatbot for users, which currently also blocks the usage of the chatbot for non-logged in users.
To check on this, please go to the plugin’s ‘AI Chatbot’ menu -> ‘Limitations’ tab -> check if you have a value in the ‘Total Token Cap Per Day For Users’ settings field -> remove it -> save settings.
