Hi,
I purchased the plugin in high hope, but now I am afraid I might have to request for a refund. There are a set of problems that I am facing.
(1) Does the plugin pull content automatically or do we have to manually refresh each post.
(2) The layout of the content that gets pulled into the Posts is very messy. The plugin does not seem to work well with Gutenberg. It appears in a classic mode and then I have to manually convert to Blocks. Once I convert to blocks the content get all the more messier.
(3) The Featured images does posted twice. First as a Featured Image and second it gets posted in the body of the post. I am unable to figure out how.
(4) The source link does not seem to work. There is no link at the end of the post in case the full text in pulled in. In other cases only two lines are pulled in but there is not link mentioned below.
(5) I use the feed generator of Inoreader and Raindrop.io because many of the sources that I curate from do not have RSS feeds. So I save an article from the web in to Raindrop.io which offers me the ability to generate RSS feed link. However, when I use the Raindrop.io feed link only two lines are extracted and there is not link to the original source.
These are few of the challenges that I am immediately facing. What reassured and inspired me to buy and check this plugin is the promise of a 30-day money back guarantee.
Look forward to your support.
Thanks and regards
Sunny

Hello,
Thank you for login credentials.
Here are my answers:
1. The plugin will run automatically after the time period (in hours) you set in the ‘Schedule’ parameter for each rule you created. This will make the rules run after the timeout you set for them. Please note that this feature uses wp_cron to run by a schedule. If you wish to increase running accuracy of rules, please replace wp_cron with server side cron (this is optional). Please check details here: https://docs.wpwebelite.com/replace-wordPress-cron-with-a-real-cron-job/
2. You can control the content the plugin imports, if you check the ‘Try to Get Full Article Content’ checkbox from importing rule advanced settings. Please check these videos for details:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o-kGYmwwAZM
Visual content selector was added in recent plugin updates, this will allow easier content selection: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pqkfyu2AsgQ
3. One of the images is the featured image of the post, which is displayed by your theme. The other is an image which is included inside the content of the published post. Please check this tutorial for details on how to solve this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ese19rPj0eQ
4. To add the source link, please add the %%item_read_more_button%% shortcode in the ‘Generated Post Content’ settings field, in importing rule advanced settings. Please check this video for details: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zWqz6a8yuHY
5. You need to extract full content using the method explained in point 2) from above and to add the read more button, using the explanation from the point 4) from above.
I hope this helps.
Regards, Szabi – CodeRevolution.

Thank you for your email,
<div></div>
<div>Thank you for explaining the time setting. Regarding my second query about the messy way in which the connect appears in Gutenberg, I have attached some screenshots. The first one is how it appears when I open the draft, then when I click it to convert to block what I get is all in HTML code as in the third screenshot. Could you please advise how this can be fixed? I would like it to appear as the default block as it does in Gutenberg.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Look forward to hearing from you. Meanwhile I will check out the other settings you have shared.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Thanks and warm regards</div>

Hello,
To automatically create Gutenberg blocks, please begin the ‘Generated Post Content’ settings field with the following string:
<!– wp:html –>
And end it with:
<!– /wp:html –>
This will create Gutenberg block posts for you:
Regards.
