Can’t install the plugin

      I purchased this plugin this morning and it worked perfectly with the first wordpress site I had ( tayibs.com)

      then I tried using the downloaded zip file for my second site and it didn’t work. So i ended purchasing another copy ( thinking that each code works for only one site). So I bought a second copy and it still can’t be downloaded ( I get an internal error message) and it is driving me crazy. Can someone assist with it. I can create a temporary admin and password for that matter.

      Hello,

      You did correctly when you purchased a second license for your second site, because one license is for one site.

      Regarding the issue, have you tried extracting the zip file you downloaded from CodeCanyon to your local computer?

      The downloaded zip contains also the plugins documentation, and should be extracted first. You will find inside it the docs and the installable plugin kit.

      Hello,
      I managed to upload and activate the plugin on your site only using this free plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-file-manager/
      Your server has some limitations (or your WordPress has some errors) that is not allowing the normal installation of the plugin.
      Please check this video which might help solving this issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nCV7VPshQzY
      If this is not helping, you will have to ask your hosting provider’s support about this.
      Now, I installed and activated the plugin using zip upload with the above plugin, so it is usable right now.
