Hi, I’ve been having some issues with the RSS-to-Post rules on the Echo plugin. The first one is that I can no longer navigate to the first page of the RSS-to-Post rules list. It loads up on the second page, but whenever I try to navigate to the first page, it fails (502 error). Everything else on the back end works, but that specific action triggers the 502. So Im’ unable to edit any RSS-Post rules on the first page.
The second item I believe is connected to the first. I have 1 rule that needs to run every 2-3 hours. On most days, it stops running about half-way through the day. I think the process is timing out, and that’s potentially connected to the 502 when attempting to get to the first page of the RSS-rules.

First of all, thank you for your purchase.
Error 502 is a server configuration issue, which points that you have multiple servers set up in a chain and one is having issues while running the plugin.
There can be multiple reasons for which this can appear. Are you using LiteSpeed servers? Are you using any server side caching? Or are you using CloudFlare?
To try to solve this issue, I suggest you go to the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ menu and check the ‘Do Not Check Generated Posts In Rule Settings‘ checkbox -> save settings. Let me know if this helped.
