Hello, I installed the plugin according to the instructions, I also have access to the Business API on Google but I always get an error in WordPress.

I am not able to authorize the plugin, what am I doing wrong?

      The log looks like this:

      Hello,

First of all, thank you for your purchase.

This kind of issue happens because you are trying to interact with the Google My Business API using a non-whitelisted project.

Even if you see the GMB library enabled at the account level, it works only at the PROJECT level.

Please check this tutorial video for steps on how to enable the Google My Business API for your project: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tsR4a9OdHLs&list=PLEiGTaa0iBIhZ7BsvLrcU9NmbHFt0tTVd&index=2

You will need to check this page for info: https://developers.google.com/my-business/content/prereqs#request-access

You need to submit this form and get approved for the API: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfC_FKSWzbSae_5rOpgwFeIUzXUF1JCQnlsZM_gC1I2UHjA3w/viewform?fbzx=-1388255933011568239

Let me know if this helped.

NOTE: Google allows you to whitelist 1 project per account ONLY! If your project/application were approved by Google, use that one instead of creating new ones.

      Regards, Szabi – CodeRevolution.

Please excuse the late reply. I’ve been sick the last few days.

Your tip was correct. I activated the API for the “wrong” project.

It works now. Thank you for the quick help

I am glad to hear that it works, I also hope you are better now!

If you like the plugin, please give it a rating on CodeCanyon, it is really appreciated. 🙂

      Cheers!
