Hi,
I have looked at the videos but I am not fully clear what to do. I am looking for a step-by-step video that shows what I need. Here is what I have:
I have about 5000 keywords and I would like to write 5000 articles. What is the best way of doing this?
1. Should use the Bulk AI Post Creator with Topic or Title base?
2. Should I add all 5000 keywords in the List or put it in a text file and provide the URL?
3. what should the schedule be? I am using OpenAI API and I want it to generate the article as fast as possible one by one.
4. I need to have a image for each article, what is the proper setting and which image creation should I use. The keywords are about CRM software.
Thanks

Hello,
First of all, thank you for your purchase.
1. I suggest you use the ‘Topic Based’ approach, as in case of keywords, it will generate better results, including AI generated titles.
2. Please add the keywords in a txt file, upload it to your server, as shown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mEb30uyOMZ0
Also, an extra tip is to check the ‘Process Each Title/Topic Only Once’ checkbox from importing rule settings, so each keyword is processed only once by the plugin.3. Well, as articles need 2-3 minutes to be created, I recommend you set a maximum of 15 articles to be created per hour. This will allow the plugin to have enough time to process the articles and to create them.
4. To assign images, you can use AI generated images, please select the ‘Auto Set A Featured Image For Posts’ checkbox in rule settings -> set ‘AI Image Source’ -> OpenAI -> set the prompt you want to use for images, in the ‘Prompt For The AI Image Generator’ settings field.
I hope this info helps.
Regards, Szabi – CodeRevolution.

Hello,
Please increase the WP Memory Limit settings to 256M or above. Please check this tutorial for steps needed: https://coderevolution.ro/knowledge-base/faq/my-allocated-wordpress-memory-is-too-low-how-do-i-increase-it/Also, increase max_execution_time, this is needed to allow the plugin to run for longer time periods, please check: https://coderevolution.ro/knowledge-base/faq/how-to-increase-the-max_execution_time-settings-on-your-server/ – set it to 1000.I suspect that your server’s settings are currently limiting the plugin from running correctly, making the above changes should help solve this issue.Regards. -

Hello,
I set your previous message as private.
Also, the issues on your site might be coming from CloudFlare’s part, as this can be an issue which is returned because of a server timeout from CloudFlare.
If you have a CloudFlare Enterprise plan, you can also increase the timeout the CloudFlare server is waiting for the server responses (this is available only for Enterprise plan users). In other cases, to solve the red X issue, you can try disabling CloudFlare on your site.
Also, if you have a Lite Speed server on your hosting, this might be also causing similar timeout issues, as Lite Speed servers use multiple servers to chain the responses, and they can time out after a period of time, please check on this also.
I am sorry for this inconvenience, let me know if this helped.
Regards,
Szabi – CodeRevolution.

Also, if the server settings are not showing in the plugin, this means that your hosting provider is enforcing the max execution time and memeory limit settings on your server, regardless of the settings you change in the back end. Please contact your hosting provider’s support for this issue.

Hi,
I have contacted support and they say, it is enabled already.
I installed phpinfo plugin. Please see attach. Even that plugin reports the proper settings that are required.
I am using Hostgator for hosting. I don’t have cloudflare. I am not sure if they do it and it is behind scene. So There is no settings that can be changed on my side.
Is there any other options, if not, it means I can’t use this hosting provider. What hosting provider does your plugin work successfully.

Please increase the max_execution_time variable to 1000, as I see that this is listed also in PHPInfo as 60.
This can be the cause of this issue.

Hello,
I suggest you switch to another hosting provider, as it seems that your current hosting provider is not allowing the changing of the max_execution_time settings (although they claim to do so).
This limitation is visible also in the PHP Info, in the max_execution_time settings field, please check: https://ibb.co/JHxBRmb
If they don’t allow this settings to be changed, I recommend you migrate your site to a more flexible hosting provider.

Please check DigitalOcean.
To improve royalty free image quality, please check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KjzMOYTK5V8
Note that the AI Image generator prompt is applied only for AI generated images, not for royalty free images, for which, keywords will be extracted from the title, based on which the plugin will search for royalty free images. If you are using AI generated images, the prompt will be used for the images.

Hi,
Is it possible to install this plugin in one server to create posts in a different WordPress site? For example remotely?
This way I can still do the setup the plugin in AWS to create post in a different WordPress instance. When the work is done, I can shutdown AWS instance. This way, I have full control on the server and PHP setup.
Thanks

Hello,
This is possible if you combine Aiomatic also with WordPressomatic: https://1.envato.market/wordpressomatic
As WordPressomatic is able to automatically publish content from your ‘worker’ site to your ‘main site’.

-

Hello,
1. Please increase max_execution_time settings on your server, as currently this might limit the amount of time the plugin is allowed to run, this is needed to allow the plugin to run for longer time periods, please check: https://coderevolution.ro/knowledge-base/faq/how-to-increase-the-max_execution_time-settings-on-your-server/ – set it to 10000 or higher.
2. Please disabled automatic category assignation for posts from the plugin’s ‘AI Content Editor’ menu -> ‘AI Templates and Options’ tab -> ‘Automatically Add Categories To Posts’ settings field. As this is adding categories to newly published posts from your site.
Regards.

June 11, 2023 at 8:09 am #7743
Hello,
The issues you encountered are still because the execution of the plugin is forcefully stopped on your server (for some reason).
How the plugin operates, is as follows: it creates posts without featured image or categories and it adds image and category to posts after they are created (this is required by WordPress, this is how it works). Because of this, if the execution is interrupted when the post is created, it will not have an image or category.
To fix this, I suggest you contact your hosting provider’s support and ask them if they have any limitation on the maximum amount of time scripts or plugins are allowed to run on your server (they might have some limits enforced for your server, which you cannot change, only they can).
In this case, please ask them to lift limitations for your server and allow it to run longer execution times for plugins.
Also, if your site is behind CloudFlare, turning CloudFlare off temporarily might also be needed to debug this issue.
Regards.

Hi,
I talked with the hosting provider and say the following:
The Cloudflare time out is 180 seconds, you need to use wp cli to run that script or have the plugin support ajax calls to run it.
They are not able to change it or turn it off. Any suggestions?
-
June 11, 2023 at 2:48 pm #7746
Hello, my plugin is already using wp_ajax for the calls, not sure why it is still not working, as it should work based on their suggestions.
Regards.

-
June 11, 2023 at 5:30 pm #7748
Question: do you have any value in the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ menu -> ‘General Settings’ tab -> ‘Timeout for Processing (seconds)’ settings field?
If yes, please remove it and save settings -> check it works better now.Regards.
-
June 11, 2023 at 7:48 pm #7750
There was a value of 3600. I removed it and ran the script again. it generated 5 articles and then stopped again.
Can you please debug it? or have a solution to resolve the issue. You have the details to access to the site.
Thanks

Hi,
1. I had done the suggestion provide which was adding the following.
> you can increase the timeout for that by adding the following to your .htaccess file:
RewriteRule .* - [E=noabort:1]
RewriteRule .* - [E=noconntimeout:1]After doing this, I see some article are generated but for 1 hour, it only generated 2 articles. so it is not consistent. I also see the following in the logs.
[11-Jun-2023 20:58:00 UTC] Setting execution timeout to 3600
[11-Jun-2023 20:58:00 UTC] [Edit Posts] Max Execution Time (ini_set): 3600 secondsThis was not there before. I still have the issue.
2. I had also requested for the following question:
How to set focus keyword for Yoast SEO or Rank Math, so it can set the value, so SEO ranking is automatically calculated.
-
June 12, 2023 at 8:19 am #7756
Hello,
1. Please go again to the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ menu -> ‘General Settings’ tab -> ‘Timeout for Processing (seconds)’ -> set there a large value, like: 100000 -> save settings.
2. Currently, this is not possible, but idea noted.

After checking on this, the best advice I can give is that you try setting up the plugin on a VPS server, where you will not be limited by shared hosting restrictions (also, don’t forget to apply the max_execution_time settings on this server). You can try Digital Ocean for example.
Regarding SEO meta, please check this video, it shows the capabilities of my plugin: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tv6fN5Hag_0
Also, of Yoast, the Aiomatic plugin will set the ‘_yoast_wpseo_metadesc’ meta field with this additional info.
Regards.

If I run the plugin on a VPS and my website is on a different hosting service, how can I linked them together?
It is not possible to do it via DNS. so it should be published remotely. Do you have any suggestions?
-
June 12, 2023 at 1:52 pm #7762
You can try WordPressomatic, it will post from one site to another, automatically: https://1.envato.market/wordpressomatic
-
June 12, 2023 at 1:54 pm #7763
Which of these VPS hosting do you recommend? or is there a different link. I want to make sure to pick something that I know it works for sure with the plugin.

Thanks
-
June 12, 2023 at 1:59 pm #7764
Can you also provide instruction on how to use it in this setup.
Do I need to install both WordPressomatic and Aiomatic plugins on the same VPS hosting server? So I don’t need to install anything on the remote WP site that blogs will be posted?
-
June 12, 2023 at 3:55 pm #7765
You can start with a smaller package (ex: 2 GiB RAM 2 vCPUs 3,000 GiB Transfer 60 GiB SSD) and increase the performance of the server if needed (you can upgrade or downgrade the server on the fly, without needing to reinstall your site).
Yes, WordPressomatic and Aiomatic needs to be set up on the VPS server. On the target site, you need to install only the ‘Application Passwords’ plugin, as this is needed for WordPressomatic to be able to publish content to the site.
Regards.

Thanks. I have been testing it, it is good now.
Currently I have set every 1 hour to generate 25 post, but this is not efficient.
How can I tell it to create a post then wait for x seconds and then post next article. This way, it will continuously create the posts. I did some checking, this way I can more than double the post creation.
Thanks

Hi,
Questions:
1. I am doing bulk posting using a file to hold a list of keywords. How do I know which keyword is getting processed?
2. The logging is enabled and when I go to logging page since it a big log, it crashes the page. How to disable it? and how to delete the file from backend? Is there way to get smaller logs?
Thanks
-
July 1, 2023 at 9:24 am #7920
Hello,
1. Currently the keywords are processed in a random order. I noted this, to add the ability to select processing order.
2. You can log in to your hosting storage using FTP and delete the following file:
\wp-content\aiomatic_info.log
Regards.
-
July 1, 2023 at 12:33 pm #7925
If it processed in random order. Each keywords are processed once, right?
Since it is random, how do I know when this is done? There is no way to track where in the list we are.
Thanks
-
July 1, 2023 at 1:00 pm #7926
You can get an email notification when the rule depleted its keywords. Please go to the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ menu -> ‘Bulk Post Creator’ tab -> set your email in the ‘Send An Email Notification When A Specific Rule Has Depleted Its Keywords/Topics’ settings field -> save settings.

Thanks for adding this feature to your list :
>1. Currently the keywords are processed in a random order. I noted this, to add the ability to select processing order.
a) If it Random, do you ensure there is no duplicates and same keyword is not picked again and another article with keyword generated?
Please provide high priority for adding this feature to improve performance.
2) I am using text-davinci-003 for bulk article generation. How is it compared with gpt-3.5-turbo both performance and pricing.
Thanks
-
July 2, 2023 at 2:02 pm #7934
1. Yes, for this, you need to check the ‘Process Each Title/Topic Only Once’ checkbox in rule settings.
2. Please check details here: https://community.openai.com/t/gpt-3-5-turbo-vs-text-davinci-003-chatbot/82806

What happens when hit a hard limit from OpenAI API?
I guess OpenAI will not generate any article?
Does the plugin stops so it does not generate blank posts, etc?
Also does it know when it stopped processing which keywords? So when OpenAI AI limit is increased it will continue from where it was and does not generate article?
-
July 5, 2023 at 1:37 pm #7973
Yes, the plugin will not generate any content when the hard limit is reached. Also, yes, when the limit is removed, it will continue to generate content for the keywords which remained unused.

Hi,
I had a list of 5000 keywords. How would I know if it is all processed. I see the last post is from yesterday.
I had enabled “<b>Send An Email Notification When A Specific Rule Has Depleted Its Keywords/Topics:”</b>
I did not get any email. How to check if this worked and all my keywords are completed?

1. Yes, you can update the plugin on your site, it will be ok.
2. You can update the plugin without issues, the settings will not be lost. You can also delete it and reinstall it, configuration will not be lost.
3. The SEO description needs to be done on the main site, which holds the main content and it is visible on Google.
4. I remember that mixed links were fixed and are working now. Please check.
