      Hello,

      First of all, thank you for your purchase.

      I checked and there was an outage from OpenAI’s part, their services were down for a period of time. Please check their status here: https://status.openai.com/

      In some cases, there might be outages of their services, but usually it will start working again after a short period of time.

      Sure, you can use also other AI services to create the content, like:
      Anthropic Claude
      Google AI
      Perplexity AI
      OpenRouter AI
      HuggingFace AI

      Regarding setup, sorry, but I am fully booked with work, but I can send you the contact details of a freelancer if you need it.

      Hello,

      I suggest you switch to direct AI model calling (not use Assistants API), as the Assistants API is still in beta on OpenAI’s part and it will have errors and incorrect responses in some cases, as it is still not a finished product from OpenAI’s part.

      Let me know if switching to plain AI models instead of AI Assistants solved this issue.
