      Hello,

Keep getting error message “API processing failed, please try again” when trying to use/setup the chatbot. I have added chatgpt/OpenAI API key.

Any tips to get it working?

      Hello,

Thank you for the login info.

I see the following error in the plugin’s logs:
You exceeded your OpenAI chat quota limit. To fix this, if you are using a free OpenAI account, you need to add a VISA card to your account, as OpenAI heavily limits free accounts. Please check details here: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/rate-limits.
To fix this, you need to add a VISA card to your OpenAI API account, as OpenAI will heavily limit free accounts. Please check details here: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/rate-limits
After you added a VISA card, based on their current policies, you have to wait 48 hours to get full access to the OpenAI API and to be able to use the Aiomatic plugin at its full potential.
      Regards,
      Szabi – CodeRevolution.

The embeddings feature doesn’t seem to work. See the error in the attached screenshot.

      More info:

      • The plugin is up to date
      • The website is a test site with no other active plugins in order to ensure there are no conflicts.
      • I have attached screenshots of the Pinecone settings. FYI, I am not sure if you are aware, but Pinecone have introduced a new type of Index called “serverless index”. The servless index is much much cheaper so I suggest you ad support for this asap. Anyway, I have tested this issue by using a  regular index and a serverless index – both of them are not working.

You can access the admin (you can reset the pw):

Hello, I checked your site and saw a 404 (not found) issue for the index you entered in plugin settings for the Pinecone index:

“Error code returned for Pinecone Index: https://index3-0add474.svc.apw5-4e34-81fa.pinecone.io: 404”

Please create a new Pinecone index, as it seems that Pinecone deleted the index you entered in settings (they automatically delete the indexes after a period of inactivity). Please check on this and recreate an index and reconfigure the plugin.

        Regards.

Well, I tested embeddings using my Pinecone account on your site and for me it worked: https://ibb.co/4p8tJPS

I suggest you try creating a new index (make sure to set your dimension to 1536 and also make sure to set your metric to cosine) and if still not working, contact Pinecone support and ask them about this. As the issue seems to be on their part.

Also, be sure to check if the index URL is correct.

      Regards.
