Hey,
This plugin is something I was looking for and its configurability is mind blowing.
HOWEVER…I think I’ve tried all the settings, and I can’t seem to achieve the effect of rewritten text without a lot of repetition. It looks a bit like GPT gets the text in several chunks, which chunks contain passages that overlap. Because of this, the final text I receive is incredibly long, repeats entire paragraphs (although it formulates the content differently), and – particularly symptomatic – the article itself repeats its summary several times. It looks as if GPT is rewriting each chunk separately without the broader context (and therefore de facto the entire content).
Have you ever encountered such a problem? I tried numerous Maximum Character Chunk Size settings but unfortunately it doesn’t change anything and I still have exactly the same problem. I would appreciate your help. -

Hello,
First of all, thank you for your purchase.
Yes, this is an issue with AI models at the moment, as they have a maximum number of characters they can process at a time and don’t have a memory between multiple instances they run.
A possible fix for this is to switch from AI models to AI Assistants, as Assistants have a working memory on OpenAI’s part and will be able to remember and continue the editing of text with prior context.
To do this, please follow this tutorial and use Assistants for editing instead of models:

Thanks for your quick reply. I’m trying this workaround, no success yet. Will let you know the outcome 🙂
BTW. There is an error after last update (2.1.6). See the attachment.

OK, I’m giving up on the Assistant… I tried dozens of prompts to force him not to repeat himself but he still does 🙁 Maybe there would be some kind of programatical option to make him wait for the whole text, eg. by ending it with specific phrase like “NOW YOU CAN START REWRITING” or something…?

Ok, I will check in this in detail and will do also some prompt related experiments, to see if I find a way to improve processing.
Regarding the issue you encountered after the update, please clear cache in your browser, let me know if this helped. If not, please send me temporary admin login credentials to your site and I check on it. My email is kisded@yahoo.com
