Zapp Proxy Plugin Support

Hi, (1) I have recently purchased/installed the plugin. Everything works well, but it doesn't work with YouTube. It does not stream YouTube videos. How can I fix that? (2) Plus, when i try to set the external proxy list, it keeps showing me this error message on a blank page; what should I do? Error in page download: Failed to connect to *.*.*.* port 8746: Connection refused
