Zapp Proxy Plugin Not Working on Fresh Install of WP

Hi team, I have a fresh install of Wordpress 5.3.2 on a Digital Ocean server. I've installed the Zapp plugin and watched the YouTube tutorial. However, my IP doesn't change. It still shows my physical IP. Can you help?
