Yelpomatic Question

Not sure if this plugin can be used with businesses other than restaurants. Our objective is to create a mini "yelp" directory for our clients business. They operate a online gold buying operation. They would like the ability to import Yelp Listings from several yelp categories. Can we select specific categories? (I believe we can from the video) Can we create taxonomies for categories so they are hyperlinked Can we import more information from the listings: hours, business description, url, email, etc
