Yellow diamond error when I click “Run this rule now”

Hi, I created a custom feed using URL to RSS, and then I added this feed URL into "Web Crawl to Feeds". It worked fine the first few times. However, now when I click "Run this rule now" to test it out, I am getting a yellow triangle showing up instead of the green check mark. See attached. Any idea what's going on here?
