Why is the plugin always terminated?

After updating to the latest 1.7.0 why does the execution of the CSV file always stop automatically and there is no indication in the log file, I changed to a different language model and the problem persists. I have changed the language model and the problem is still the same. This problem has not occurred in previous versions. The model I am using is gpt4-1106-preview. In the attached file I uploaded my CSV file. Could this be a bug in 1.7.0. please check it as soon as possible. Thanks.
