Weird characters in posts

Hi There, I have had to suspend 5 or more rss feeds because they have loads of weird characters in the when apostrophes , quotes and cedillas are used. The wiorst example is unz.com https://noshitsherlock.net/2022/08/30/the-biotech-plan-to-destroy-us/opinion/nossadmin/38753/ I tried to fix this using regex but it didn't work and if it did i would'nt have been able to remove more than 1 anyway . Is there a way of have a list of characters to be replaced by another character for instance $~TM replaced by an apostrophe . Maybe 5 boxes should be enough Thanks Regards Lagi
