Video not uploaded to Youtube from Post

Hi Team, Video not uploaded from wordpress (Posts) to Youtubue. i checked all documentations, followed steps as mentioned, checked memory size it's 1024M, when i click on button it shows success message but in channel it's not showing video. please help on this.
