use same image

Hi, I have several feeds that use the same image.  I unchecked the "<b>Enable Featured Image Importing" </b>and set the url to<b> "Default Featured Image List", </b>however the feed is still creating a new image for each post! How can I use the same image that is already on the website without creating a new version every time? Regards
