uninstall

hello, i have buy newsomatic from a other author first butb the plugin dont function correctly and support was not helpfull . so i buy it from you but i do uninstall the plugin and install the new but showing again the old ! i belive the plugin create a other order and cant find it what is to do? how can i delete the old to can make a new fresh installation?
