Training AI to learn our website

Hi, Is there a way for AI to read the information on our website first and provide answers according to the info on the website? Because AI often gives different answers from those on the company's website. For example, if asked for the company's telephone number, it is already on the website but answered with another telephone number, which I don't know where to get it.
