Topic for articles are not create by Ai

Hello, 1) I choose the the "topic" option and gave it Topic X. But the articles are created as Titles (which means - the article title is X and articles are not being used the AI for generate titles). What i'm doing Wrong? 2) Seems like Cron is not working - do i need to do something on the server side? i look for 2 article \ hour.   Thanks
