Timing out error

Hi Thank you for the plugin - it seems great, except I've not been able to get it functioning properly, unfortunately.  The majority of time I'm getting a yellow marker, and the following errors: [25-Oct-2021 04:37:05 UTC] Error occured in curl: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received, url: https://newsomaticapi.com/apis/news/v1/sources?apikey=nje2zte5mzetn2u4zc00zwe1lwizzjetmjawm2zimwe3owjlnje3njfmy2yynmrhyq [25-Oct-2021 04:47:51 UTC] Error occured in curl: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds, url: https://newsomaticapi.com/apis/news/v1/top?apikey=nje2zte5mzetn2u4zc00zwe1lwizzjetmjawm2zimwe3owjlnje3njfmy2yynmrhyq&pageSize=10&q=%22australian+music+festivals+covid%22&category=entertainment&country=au The fix attempts I've made are: 1. increasing the PHP limits both on my server and separately for this particular site. PHP curl is also enabled. 2. De-activated any security or firewall plugin 3. De-activated all other plugins on the site 4. Changed most of the plugin settings to default, as per your youtube video addressing the "yellow rombus"" issue. Can you please let me know what next  possible options to try to fix this? This plugin would be so very awesome if I can get it to work, and would really help me out!   Thanks in advance, E
