Tgomatic post link

I have a page with shortcode from a coupon plugin that updates with new coupons. Tgomatic does post these to Telegram channel but the url return goes to website homepage. Is there a way to link post to the actual coupon or at least coupon page? If not, is there a way to post the coupon external(affiliate) link inside the post?
