Steps to get Rakuten Token Request Authorization:

Hi Team, Today I have purchased  plugin "Learnomatic - Udemy Affiliate Plugin for WordPress". While configuring i am not able to get correct Token from my Rakuten dashboard. The one I got from my dashboard is not correct. In Activity log it is showing " No valid access token found".   Can you please send me the detail steps to get "Rakuten Token Request Authorization". I would be grateful if you can send me soon. I am blocked because of this issue. Thanks.
