Status of Actions

Hello. In the "Wp to Post" options: 1- When it imports quickly and a few seconds later a "green check" symbol appears, the 10 posts already appear, but after 24 hours, it does not continue to matter anymore. Why? 2- When the "Actions" appears a yellow rhombus, it means that it is in "Running", it doesn't matter, or should I wait hours for a result to appear? Thank you.
