SpinnerRewriter Plugin Help Required ASAP

Hi, I recently purchased SpinnerRewriter Plugin but when I installed it, it asked me for email address and API. Do I need to but the tool on monthly basis to use this plugin? I really can't understand the procedure. I thought everything will be included in the plugin. Do I need to spend $47 every month now in order to run this plugin? Please Help!
