Spin articles settings

Hi, I have activated the spin function from the echo rss settings, I am using spin rewriter.  When I go to the feed that I want to activate the spinning  for, under Spinning/Translation options, the only options i see is to activate the translation, and "<b>Do Not Spin/Summarize Posts Generated By This Rule:</b> What am I doing wrong?
